Our Services

We have expertise installing and replacing a wide range of roofing materials as well as custom metal accents and gutters. We can also provide detailed inspection reports for which we charge a small fee depending on the detail required for your needs.

Architectural Shingles

Architectural shingles are made with fiberglass-mesh reinforced asphalt and create the appearance of natural roofing materials like slate, cedar, or clay tiles at a fraction of the cost.  We use high quality shingles that are fire resistant, wind resistant, and prevent algae and mold growth making them one of the most popular choices for roofing material. We will work with you to choose a shingle type and color to best suit your needs.

Metal Roofs

Residential metal roofing is typically made of aluminum, steel or copper. Steel sheets are given a metallic coating to prevent rust. Aluminum doesn’t require the metallic coating but do get painted. Copper is a natural metal product and it weathers without corroding. Cooper is typically used as an accent roofing material.

Steel roofing products are coated with either zinc (galvanized) or a mixture of aluminum and zinc (galvalume or zincalume). Galvalume lasts longer. The coatings are offered in several thicknesses—the thicker the coating the longer the service, and the higher the cost.

Custom Roofs

We have expertise installing clay tiles, cedar shakes, Ludowici tiles, slate and other custom tiles seen throughout the architecture of Coastal Georgia. We also have expertise installing other synthetic materials and coatings that are appropriate for flat roofing surfaces ensuring these areas are protected from water intrusion.

Gutters

As an additional service we can measure and design a gutter system from simple small areas to more complicated seamless gutters with custom materials. Gutters are a great option for preventing water damage to your home and landscaping surrounding your home.
